Chicaoji has many uses. The complex flavor of goji berries, cacao nibs, chipotles, raw agave nectar, Celtic Sea Salt, and raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar has it all: sweet, sour, salt, bitter and a bit o’ spicy which allows great flexibility for inventing things in the kitchen.
