Raw apple cider vinegar containing the “Mother of Vinegar” (ACV) makes up most of the liquid part of Chicaoji. I hope demand for Chicaoji will encourage local production of vinegar for Chicaoji. Also, I hope that this demand for ACV will encourage people to grow fruit and produce other fruit juice products.
